Iced tea recipes Hot brew: Allow about 10 grams of tea to steep for 10 minutes in a liter of boiled water (for green tea, let the water cool down to 80 degrees). If you want it sweeter then you can still add sugar or honey / syrup. Let it cool and serve with ice cubes. Cold brew: Allow about 10 grams of tea to soak overnight in a liter of cold water. Serve with ice cubes. Sweetening with this method can easily be done with agave syrup afterwards.
The iced tea can be kept in the fridge for a day or two at both the cold and hot brew.
